The three-day masterclass, scheduled for October 28–30, 2026 at OJEZ, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos, will feature intensive sessions on voice-over artistry and TV/radio presenting. Participants will be trained in voice modulation, diction and pronunciation, script interpretation, microphone technique, presenting skills, and on-air personality development.
AVOA President and veteran actor, Segun Arinze, described VOICEFEST—also known as AVOAFEST—as the association’s most impactful initiative yet, aimed at building capacity and discovering the next generation of African voice talents. “This program is about giving young people the tools to find their voice, refine their craft, and step confidently into the media and entertainment industry,” Arinze emphasized.
