The Chairman of Tony Ofodile Street in Satellite Town, Oriade LCDA in Lagos State has commended stakeholders in the community for their unwavering support, commitment and cooperation in the completion of interlocking stones in the residential area.

According to Eze who is the owner of Golden Tree Hotel and Seamark Electric Company Limited the successful completion of the road project initiative not only enhances the physical landscape and it’s esthetic value but also signifies a significant step towards revitalizing the community’s infrastructure.

He also applauded the administration of the executive Chairman of Oriade LCDA, Hon. Rasaq Akorede Olojede for creating an enabling environment for such massive project to be completed while also expressing gratitude to the landlords, residents, marketers, and the entire members of the Community Development Association (C.D.A) for their contributions to this project.

The successful completion of the interlocking stones marks a positive development for the Satellite Town in Oriade LCDA, reflecting the community’s commitment to improving their living conditions and the overall quality of life. We extend our sincere appreciation to the landlords, residents, marketers, and members of the Community Development Association (C.D.A) for their unwavering cooperation and support throughout this endeavor. I have also discovered that the shift from asphalt to reinforced concrete reflects government’s commitment to building a better future for its citizens, infrastructure upgrades like this are crucial for a thriving community. The use of interlocking stones ensures a durable and long-lasting pavement, set to withstand the test of time.

The transformative power of visionary leader like the executive Chairman of Oriade LCDA, Hon. Rasaq Akorede Olojede combined with innovative construction methods, paves the way for a more prosperous and resilient community such as ours in Satellite Town, where better infrastructure benefits all our citizens having established the fact that the land terrain has a very high water table which leads to the regular damage of roads built with asphalt. As we all know that high water tables are clearly the reasons why roads built with asphalt in coastal communities tend to get damaged fairly quickly so, a better road construction method such as the use of concrete or interlocking bricks is the best choice.

Chief Eze equally took out time to share on the social media the old, and current state of Tony Ofodile Street showcasing communal efforts that play a pivotal role in driving transformative agendas by fostering collaboration, resilience, and sustainability.
