Under the regulations, a small group of individuals can cross Canadian borders without a traditional visitor visa or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
This selective exemption applies to United States citizens, lawful U.S. permanent residents holding a valid green card, and French citizens who reside in and fly directly from Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.
