The family and colleagues of renowned Nollywood actor, Alhaji Taiwo Babatunde Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, have expressed heartfelt appreciation to fans, friends, and well-wishers worldwide for their outpouring of love, prayers, and support during his current health challenge.
In a statement signed by filmmaker Yemi Amodu, and obtained by Veracity Desk (veracitydesk.com) the family acknowledged the overwhelming messages of encouragement and offers of medical and spiritual assistance, describing them as a source of strength in this difficult period.
They, however, clarified that due to the critical nature of Ogogo’s treatment, it is not possible to move him from the hospital to other locations at this time. The family emphasized that this should not be misinterpreted as a lack of appreciation, but rather as a necessary medical precaution.
“We humbly appeal that you continue to pray for his quick recovery. We believe that with God’s mercy, he will come out of this successfully,” the statement read.
The family encouraged supporters to keep standing with Ogogo in spirit and prayer, assuring that every gesture of goodwill is deeply valued.
