The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Enoch Adeboye, and his wife, Pastor Folu Adeboye, were among prominent family members and guests who attended the wedding of their granddaughter, Oluwafunmilayo Adubi, in Baltimore, Maryland, United States.
The ceremony brought together relatives, senior RCCG leaders, and well-wishers to celebrate the couple’s union. Pastor Adeboye offered special prayers and pronounced blessings upon the newlyweds during the event.
Oluwafunmilayo is the daughter of Pastor Bolu Adubi, Pastor Adeboye’s only daughter, and her husband, Pastor Akinsanya Adubi. In a touching moment during the ceremony, Pastor Bolu Adubi formally gave her daughter’s hand in marriage.

The wedding beautifully blended Nigerian and Western traditions, reflecting the heritage and backgrounds of both families.
In a celebratory message, event compere Ogunjimi described the bride as “the graceful granddaughter of Pastor E.A. Adeboye,” adding that “the union is greatly blessed.”
In another post, he congratulated the revered cleric and his wife, writing, “Great-grandparents loading. Congratulations, Daddy G.O. and Mummy G.O.”
The occasion has since attracted widespread attention on social media, particularly following the circulation of videos showing Pastor Adeboye praying for the couple and blessing their marriage. The heartwarming footage has been met with congratulatory messages from church members, friends, and well-wishers across the world.
