Dangote Petroleum Refinery has announced a downward review of the gantry price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), popularly known as petrol, from N1,175 to N1,125 per litre.
This latest adjustment reflects the refinery’s sustained commitment to stabilizing fuel prices, enhancing affordability, and reinforcing Nigeria’s broader energy security objectives.
By lowering the gantry price, the refinery aims to ease cost pressures on downstream marketers and ultimately provide relief to consumers.
The price reduction also underscores Dangote Refinery’s responsiveness to prevailing market dynamics and its determination to pass on operational efficiencies to stakeholders across the petroleum value chain.
Industry observers note that such proactive measures could help mitigate volatility in the downstream sector, strengthen supply reliability, and support ongoing reforms in Nigeria’s energy landscape.
Dangote Refinery remains focused on its broader mission of contributing to economic growth, enhancing fuel availability, and fostering a more competitive and sustainable petroleum sector in Nigeria.
