The Director-General of the Tinubu Again Movement, Dr. Auwal Abdullahi Aliyu, has called on Nigerians to continue supporting the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing him as a visionary, courageous and compassionate leader who understands the needs of the Nigerian people and remains committed to delivering lasting solutions to the nation’s challenges.

Dr. Auwal stated this on Saturday during the Kano Town Hall Meeting organized by the Zinariya Support Group in support of the Tinubu Again Movement, where he reaffirmed the Movement’s determination to mobilize massive grassroots support ahead of the 2027 Presidential Election.

Addressing the gathering, the Director-General stated that the sincerity, courage and forthright leadership style of President Tinubu have continued to distinguish his administration, stressing that Nigerians should stand firmly with the Renewed Hope government as it consolidates its developmental programmes across the country.

According to him, “President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is the President who truly understands the needs of Nigerians and knows what is required to solve the problems. President Tinubu administration is committed to building a stronger, more prosperous and inclusive Nigeria for every citizen.”

Dr. Auwal further described the Tinubu administration as a government dedicated to the welfare of ordinary Nigerians, particularly the poor, vulnerable and hardworking citizens residing across the 774 Local Government Areas of the federation.

Speaking further, he said President Tinubu had demonstrated uncommon political will through bold and courageous decisions aimed at repositioning Nigeria’s economy for sustainable growth.

“President Tinubu is a bold and courageous leader that every progressive nation requires to move forward. His courageous decision on the removal of fuel subsidy has significantly improved revenue available to State Governments, enabling them to receive greater financial resources to meet their developmental responsibilities without excessive dependence on borrowing,” he stated.

The Director-General also highlighted key interventions of the Renewed Hope Agenda, including the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND), which he described as one of the landmark initiatives designed to expand access to tertiary education and provide meaningful opportunities for eligible Nigerian students.

“NELFUND represents hope for thousands of Nigerian students in tertiary institutions, while the Renewed Hope Agenda continues to reach households across the country. We believe the benefits of these policies will continue to expand — going up, up and up,” he emphasized.

Dr. Auwal assured members of various support groups that the Tinubu Again Movement recognizes their sacrifices and remains committed to building strong partnerships with genuine grassroots organizations working towards the re-election of President Tinubu.

He particularly commended the Convener of the Zinariya Support Group, Hajiya Fadima Ibrahim (Zinariyar Gamawa), describing her as a dependable ally and committed stakeholder in the collective struggle to advance the Renewed Hope vision.

“Support Group like Zinariya Support Group will always remain valued partners of the Tinubu Again Movement. Their dedication is highly appreciated and will continue to strengthen our collective political objective,” he said.

Reaffirming the Movement’s ambitious electoral target, Dr. Auwal declared that the goal of mobilizing 20 million votes for President Tinubu in 2027 remains realistic and achievable.

“Our target of 20 million votes is achievable. With hardworking, dedicated and workaholic political forces like you across Nigeria, we are confident that this objective will become a reality. We therefore call on the good people of Kano to join hands with the Tinubu Again Movement and reject every form of political deception,” he added.

He maintained that attempts by opposition elements to campaign on promises of returning Nigeria to the old fuel subsidy regime would amount to political propaganda that should not distract Nigerians from the broader objective of sustainable economic transformation.

“The politics of promising a return to fuel subsidy is merely propaganda and should not deceive Nigerians. Our focus must remain on building a stable and economically prosperous nation for future generations,” Dr. Auwal said.

The Director-General also applauded the leadership and members of the Zinariya Support Group for organizing the Kano Town Hall Meeting, while expressing profound appreciation to the people of Kano State for their warm reception and overwhelming support.

While assuring supporters of the Movement’s preparedness for the 2027 Presidential Campaign, Dr. Auwal declared that the organization had already commenced preparations for an intensive nationwide grassroots campaign.

“The 2027 campaign will be based on hard work and performance. We are prepared, we are organized and we shall not relent in our commitment to ensuring the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election campaign,” he stated.

He equally disclosed that the Tinubu Again Movement’s empowerment initiatives were already underway and encouraged supporters to remain steadfast with both the Federal Government under President Tinubu and the Kano State Government during the forthcoming elections.

According to him, Kano State stands to benefit significantly from the Movement’s empowerment programmes, which are expected to positively impact thousands of households across communities.

Dr. Auwal further stated that the Honourable Minister of State for Defence, His Excellency Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle, remains passionate about empowering Nigerians and lifting thousands of citizens out of poverty through initiatives associated with the Tinubu Again Movement.

In her remarks, the Deputy National Women Leader of the Remi Tinubu Support Group, Hajiya Maimuna S. Bello, stated that the Tinubu administration deserves a second term in office considering its sustained efforts towards improving the welfare and living conditions of Nigerians.

She noted that people of Kano State have continued to witness developmental interventions during the first three years and months of the Tinubu administration, expressing confidence that the Renewed Hope government would continue to deliver people-oriented programmes across the country.

“The people of Kano and indeed Nigerians have every reason to sustain their confidence in this administration. President Tinubu’s government remains committed to improving the lives of citizens and expanding opportunities for all,” she said.

Also speaking at the event, the representative of the Minority Leader of the Bauchi State House of Assembly, Hon. Aminu Garba, pledged support for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu under the Tinubu Again Movement.

Hon. Garba assured the Movement that Bauchi State would contribute significantly towards achieving the Movement’s target of 20 million votes, declaring the commitment to mobilize two million votes from Bauchi state in support of President Tinubu’s 2027 presidential bid.
