The Institute of Change Management (ICM) has unveiled an impressive roster of business leaders, policymakers, and industry experts for its 2026 Annual Conference, scheduled for September 3–4 at NECA House, Central Business District (CBD), Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
Themed “Unleashing Change: Accelerating Impact – Harnessing Transformation to Drive Business Excellence and Personal Growth”, the two-day event will convene leaders from both the public and private sectors to explore how organisations and individuals can thrive amid rapid change through innovation, resilience, and strategic leadership.
Keynote Address by Dr. Kola Adesina
Dr. Kola Adesina, MFR, Group Managing Director of Sahara Group, will headline the conference with a keynote address. His presentation will focus on practical strategies for harnessing transformation to drive business excellence, accelerate growth, and strengthen leadership in an increasingly disruptive global environment.

The Managing Director of Africa Prudential Plc, Dr. Catherine Nwosu, will deliver a session on sustainable growth through strategic investments, effective risk management, and sound financial planning. According to ICM, her presentation will highlight how organisations can leverage financial protection to strengthen resilience, align financial strategies with long-term objectives, and create sustainable wealth through prudent planning and innovation.
