Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, who styled himself as Director-General of the purported “phantom” Presidential Foreign Investment Promotion Council (PFIPC), has been arrested under a court-issued warrant.
The arrest was confirmed in footage released by TVC News, which showed Adeyemi in police custody.
Justice Mohammed Umar ordered the arrest on Tuesday following an oral application by Nigeria Police Force counsel, Wisdom Madaki.
