Nigeria’s real estate sector has grown exponentially in the last few decades by the efforts of some great patriots. But while some developers have merely expanded their billboard presence, others have quietly and strategically reshaped the entire industry, creating jobs and expanding the frontiers of socio-economic advancement, while also closing the gaps of housing deficits in Nigeria.
Without doubt, Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited has phenomenally distinguished itself from others by accentuating the core values of its policy thrust guided by industry standards and international best practices. For them at Harmony Gardens, true leadership isn’t measured by hype. It’s measured by innovation, client trust, and sustainable delivery.
Hon. (Dr) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa, the chairman of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited, has however proven that he is the best man for the task of creating new lease of life for those aspiring to own landed properties, just as his 3 projects namely Majestic Bay Estate, Granville by Harmony, and the Lekki Aviation Town remain consistently on track.
These top-notch infrastructural intiatives are remarkably reducing Nigeria’s housing deficits and that of Nigerians diaspora population. Whether one looks at at it from the build-to-sell (BTS) or Lease to Own (LTO) assets unit of Nigeria, Dr Mosadoluwa has made a bold statement and decision that are making people’s dream come true irrespective of the size of their pockets.
No wonder Dr Mosadoluwa’s goodwill, integrity and attendant achievements recently attracted the attention of the Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams who openly commended Harmony Garden and Estate Development Limited for its forward-thinking approach and commitment to creating serene, secure, and sustainable living environments that reflect both innovation and heritage.
In validation of Harmony Gardens veracity and value, the Aare Onakakanfo of Yorubaland, Iba Gani Adams, paid a special visit to inspect the company’s ongoing real estate projects and engage in strategic discussions on sustainable housing and cultural development.
The visit, which took place at the company’s Lagos office and project sites, saw Iba Gani Adams touring key Harmony Garden estates including GranVille, The Parliament, Lekki Aviation Town, and Majestic Bay.
Each site showcased remarkable progress under the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System and Harmony Renewed Hope Mortgage System, initiatives designed to make quality housing accessible and affordable for Nigerians.
The revered Yoruba leader was warmly received by the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Managing Director of Harmony Garden, Dr. Saheed Mosadoluwa, who led the inspection tour and highlighted the company’s mission to merge modern development with cultural identity.
According to him, “What I’ve seen here today is not just about buildings; it’s about a vision that aligns with the Yoruba philosophy of excellence, community, and legacy. Harmony Garden is truly setting a standard in housing development.”
On his part, Mosadoluwa expressed gratitude for the visit, describing it as both encouraging and symbolic.
