Chief Simon Eze, a respected community leader in Akpugo, Nkanu West Local Government Area, has reiterated his firm commitment to grassroots mobilization in support of Governor Peter Ndubisi Mbah’s 2027 reelection bid.
Speaking to journalists on Thursday, Chief Eze emphasized that the Akpugo community remains united and resolute in renewing its mandate for Governor Mbah, citing his transformative leadership and visible achievements across Enugu State.

Our support is organic, driven not by political appointments but by genuine appreciation of his performance and his future-focused agenda,” Eze stated.

Chief Eze explained that through the Akpugo Unity Forum, stakeholders are consolidating support in every ward, ensuring that Governor Mbah’s achievements are amplified and widely communicated. He stressed that the Governor’s initiatives are not only impacting the present generation but are laying foundations for future prosperity.
“What Governor Mbah is doing today is for generations yet unborn. We are mobilizing at the grassroots to ensure his second term is earned seamlessly by merit,” he added.
