TikTok star, Elizabeth Amadou, popularly known as Jarvis has confirmed her engagement to fellow content creator Habeeb Hamzat, known widely as Peller, putting an end to speculation about their relationship.

In an interview with Channels Television, Jarvis revealed that Peller proposed to her, saying that although the ring doesn’t fit her but the commitment is real.

Jarvis said she initially perceived Peller based on their online interactions, but after meeting him offline, she discovered his true personality and grew to love him.

The AI persona acknowledged the public’s skepticism about their relationship due to their viral “fights” and banter, but emphasised the authenticity of their interactions.

Jarvis also stressed that their online reality is genuine, and they’re not faking their relationship for content.

However, she said she’s mindful of the seriousness of marriage and the potential consequences of their online antics.

She said, “I believe that we will get married at the right time. There’s a lot in marriage, so you have to be careful. It’s true that we are engaged. He [Peller] actually engaged me; shockingly to me. But the ring doesn’t fit my finger, so I kept it safe at home.

“I had to understand that you cannot judge someone online… until I met him real life and I saw that oh he had a character offline and it literally cool and more than I thought,” she revealed, indicating a deeper connection formed away from the cameras. With time, I got to find out that he was actually into me, so I grew to love or like him.

“Peller knows how to make people keep thinking, keep talking. The thing is that our reality, we are actually real. So people take our reality as content, but we are actually real. Whatever fight, argument, play, everything, it’s real. So there is no faking there.

“Marriage is something serious and we should not joke about or joke around too and at this time we are playing too much on the internet. I don’t think people or family actually take us seriously,” she explained, suggesting a future where aspects of their relationship might be kept “out of their eyes.”
