The immediate past Governor of Sokoto State and Senator representing Sokoto South, Senator Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has extended warm felicitations to Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing him as “a patriot and a leader of rare courage”.
In a message shared on his official handle on X (formerly Twitter), Senator Tambuwal praised Governor Adeleke for redefining grassroots leadership through a governance style marked by empathy, vision, and tangible results.
“Governor Adeleke has not only rekindled hope in the hearts of his people, he has redefined what it means to lead with empathy, vision, and impact,” Tambuwal said.
He noted that Adeleke’s administration has become a reference point in people-oriented leadership, pointing out that his charisma, commitment, and bold approach to governance have produced measurable outcomes worthy of national study.
Tambuwal emphasised that true legacy goes beyond infrastructure and policy; it lies in the trust restored, lives impacted, and the dignity returned to public service — areas in which Governor Adeleke has made remarkable strides.
“Your legacy is not just in the roads you build or policies you launch, but in the trust you’ve restored, the lives you’ve touched, and the dignity you’ve returned to public office,” he remarked.
