Otunba Segun Showunmi, convener of the National Opposition Movement Coalition (NOMC), a platform aimed at fostering grassroots consensus for the selection of future leaders has described former Secretary General of the Commonwealth, Chief Emeka Anyaoku as a genuine and patriotic statesman with passion for growth and development of Nigeria.
In a congratulatory message in commemoration of the 93rd birthday anniversary of the seasoned diplomat, Showunmi acknowledged the robust accomplishments of Anyaoku in all facets of life, adding that the outstanding and exemplary leadership qualities of the celebrant were worthy of commendation and emulation by leaders across the globe.
