Oriade LCDA Chairman, Olojede Takes Tour of Ongoing Projects, Assures Residents of Quality Delivery In Record Time

The Chairman of Oriade Local Council Development Area, Hon. Rasaq Akorede Olojede, has led an inspection tour of ongoing projects in the LCDA, assuring residents of timely completion.

The tour, which included the Vice Chairman, seven councilors and management staff, covered several project sites, including Moshalashi Street, Ayinke Thompson Street Phase 2, Mobil Road, Community Road, Dupe Otegbola Road, Jimoh Street and the construction of a new Area Office.

Speaking during the tour, Hon. Olojede expressed satisfaction with the progress of the projects, commending the contractors for their efforts. “We are committed to delivering quality projects to our residents and we will not compromise on standards,” he said.

The Chairman also urged residents to take ownership of the projects and assured them that the LCDA is working tirelessly to improve the overall quality of life in the area. “These projects are designed to boost economic growth, enhance security and provide better living conditions for all residents,” he added.

The inspection tour is part of the LCDA’s efforts to ensure transparency and accountability in its project implementation. The LCDA has been working tirelessly to improve the lives of residents and the ongoing projects are expected to further enhance the quality of life in the area.
