Mogaji ‘Bowale Oluwole Arisekola, The Street Journal Magazine publisher and president of the Association of Online Media Practitioners of Nigeria (AMPON), has said it was never too late for Nigerians to start owning properties at Lekki Aviation Town owned by Honourable Saheed Audullahi Mosadoluwa who is the CEO of Harmony Gardens and Estate Development Limited.

The Ibadan-born businessman also added that the foundation of the new rail line from Marina to the New Lekki Airport will be laid by President Bola Tinubu on May 29th, 2025 noting that those with wise investment decision would enjoy the advantage of buying the land at 50 million naira per plot as there would be spike in price in few months time.

Arisekola described the corridor as one of the fastest growing part of Lagos socio-economically. In his candid view, investing in real estate regardless of age or stage in life can provide owners and their businesses with opportunities for financial growth.

According to him, the aesthetic Lekki Aviation Town Estate which was primarily modeled for the cream de la cream of the society and literally offers the best option for a greater and better future for all residents irrespective of the tribe, tongue or affiliation.
