The Maternal and Child Centre, Eti-Osa, has formally witnessed a change of leadership as Dr. Olufemi Babatunde Aletan assumed duty as the new Medical Director, taking over from Dr. Taiwo Adeiyi.
The official handover ceremony featured prayers and goodwill remarks. In her welcome address, the Head of Administration and Human Resources, Mrs. Deborah Oluwafemi-Olulade, appreciated staff for their dedication and urged continued teamwork toward quality healthcare delivery.
In his remarks, the outgoing MD, Dr. Taiwo Adeiyi, expressed gratitude to staff and reflected on achievements recorded during his tenure. He formally handed over leadership documents to the incoming MD.
In his response, Dr. Aletan appreciated the Hospital Management Committee members and reiterated his commitment to strengthening service delivery, ensuring patient-centered care, and fostering excellence across all departments.
The event ended with a facility tour by both outgoing and incoming MDs alongside management staff.
