Aformer deputy governor of Delta State, Chief Benjamin Elue, has reportedly passed on.
Elue, who served as Deputy Governor of Delta State from 1999 to 2007 under Governor James Ibori, died in the early hours of Saturday.
He was aged 85. The deceased born 1940 would have been 86 by June this year.
Elue, a retired educator turned entrepreneur, was said to be briefly sick before his passage.
