Sometimes, I look at this country and just shake my head. Integrity in Nigeria has become as rare as a horse’s horn. We now live in a time when truth is inconvenient and hypocrisy has become a full-time profession.
Honestly, I would rather submit Nigeria’s sovereignty to the United States than hand it over to a gang of terrorists hiding under tribal and religious sentiments. If you are angry that terrorists are being eliminated, simply because they belong to your ethnic group, then you should be bold enough to call for the secession of your region. Stop pretending.
When Fulani bandits and Boko Haram terrorists were overrunning villages, killing innocent people, chasing families from their ancestral homes, many of you were silent. Some of you even rejoiced secretly. Today, you come online shedding crocodile tears, shouting human rights, pretending to care. We know what is really inside your hearts.
Let us be clear: this has nothing to do with Islam. Islam is a religion of peace, discipline, and justice. Those killing and terrorising Nigerians are not Muslims; they are demons in human flesh, using religion as a cover for their wickedness.
More decisive actions are coming in the weeks ahead, and the President knows very well that if he fails Nigerians, history will not forgive him — especially in Yorubaland. Before he contested for the presidency, we asked him clearly if he was ready to lead without fear or favour. He said yes.
He may not be perfect — nobody is — but at least he is ready to work. He is doing what many Nigerians have been crying for over the years.
To all the aides around him, let me sound this warning: remember that you are representatives of your families. Do not allow money to destroy your conscience or loyalty. Power is temporary. One day, you will give account of how you used the position entrusted to you.
A massive probe is coming — one unlike anything Nigeria has ever seen. When it starts, nobody will be spared.
You are the image of your principal. Protect that image. Use 2026 to correct your ways. Many people are already talking. Some files are already in public domain. Certain contract awards, financial movements, and transactions are no longer secret. Tell Tayo that those memorandum she signed and account numbers Trust Sun are no longer hidden.
Ladies and gentlemen, investigators are not smiling. And history is unforgiving.
May Allah save us from calamity at a time when we should be relaxing and playing with our grandchildren.
To the one who failed in business, who already had bad records and strained relationships with his principal — your secrets are known. The files are there. Repent while there is still time.
Asiwaju has spent decades building his name and political legacy. The least we can do is protect that legacy and make him proud, just like his former cabinet members did when he was Governor of Lagos State — working day and night to defend his vision.
The rumours flying around are giving me goosebumps. I sincerely pray they are not true.
Investigating past political office holders is as certain as death itself in Nigeria .
Be careful.
Protect Yoruba image.
Be wise.
2031 is closer than you think.
