The founder and owner of Harmony Gardens & Estate Development Limited Hon. (Dr) Audullahi Saheed Mosadoluwa was part of the dazzling moment of celebration and recognition at the awards ceremony organized by Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, the Honourable Minister of Housing and Urban Development, for the Literary competition in Katsina on February 13, 2025.
Dr Mosadoluwa who is popularly known as Ibile is also the owner of Royal Crystal Airways, New Horizon Aviation Agency, Ibile Auctioneer & Recovery and Ibile Food Security Farm City Limited.
It is on record that Arc. Dangiwa was recognized for his contributions to the Housing sector, he was notably named Africa’s Housing Minister of the Year at the Africa Housing Awards 2024. This accolade underscores his transformative leadership in tackling Nigeria’s housing and urban development challenges, earning him acclaim as a visionary force in the sector.
The Oyo-town born businessman, Ibile on his part was also acknowledged for his profound contributions to real estate business, creating gainful employment for Nigeria youths and driving innovation and sustainable development in the housing and construction sectors in Sub-Saharan Africa.
